It starts with the leaves. We don’t leave any leaf unturned. In our quest for the perfect Iced Tea, we source our Tea Leaves from the best regions in Asia.

Even the water that we use for boiling is tested in our Research & Development Center to make sure that the taste remains neutral for it to bring out the true flavor of our Tea Leaves.

As we said earlier, it’s all about passion. All the small details add up to the totality of the drink you are enjoying.

History of Tea Square

Tea Square Food & Beverage, Inc. (TSFBI) is the owner and operator of Tea Square – a cart/kiosk operation selling fresh-brewed and natural Iced Teas in Malls.

Founded by Richard V. Sanz on February 2004, from Tea Square’s 1st outlet in Alabang Town Center, Muntinlupa City, it had since expanded nationwide to five (5) Company-Owned Outlets and Eight (8) Franchised-Owned Outlets.

Since the founder was a practicing Engineer by profession during the time of conceptualization, the store was named after the T-Square, a drawing tool shaped like the letter “T” and used for engineering and architectural drawings – thus the name, TEA SQUARE.

Tea Square Manufacturing Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of TSFBI, owns and operates Tea Square’s central commissary housing our production, repacking and storage facilities to further support our expanding operations.

Tea Square Franchise Systems Corp., another wholly-owned subsidiary of TSFBI, manages all franchise-related operations.
